Are you a dementia carer? The answer is yes if you are now, or have been, impacted by a person’s dementia. The person does not have to be diagnosed.
We are here to help you. It doesn’t matter where you or the person with dementia live, what your connection is, or whether or not you are working.
This meeting is an opportunity to share issues, get information, as well as finding support and practical help. Connecting with others in a similar position makes you feel less isolated.
We operate in an informal, friendly way. Starting with home made cake and tea/coffee, we explore a variety of topics. You are our prime focus and we hope that attending this meeting will improve your wellbeing. There is no charge for attending.
If you are new to our meeting, Contact us so that we can understand your situation and provide information which will be helpful to you.
If you know of a dementia carer who needs our support, please tell them about us.
If the dates and times of this meeting are not convenient for you, Contact us for alternative support.
Please note: This meeting is not for the person with dementia.
Take care and we hope to see you soon
